Serve slightly chilled with a meal, preferably a braised meat or pasta dish.  Barone di Villagrande is the oldest winery in Sicily dating back to 1727. Yep, that's a winery older than America. Marco Villagrande is still working by hand as they have for generations. A true craft if you ask me! The Etna Rosso is a red composed of the native grape, Nerello Mascalese. Naturally, their winemaking is completely organic and their winemaking preserves the identity of the grapes with total respect for the volcanic soil of Mount Etna.
