I understand and agree that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged for recurring quarterly wine club shipments, with a specified dollar value and bottle commitment. Special requests will be reviewed individually and must meet certain thresholds for approval. It is my responsibility to notify info@calebandrose.com for any updates or changes to membership. For example: address, phone number, email, or credit card information before processing. If I cancel within 30 days of a scheduled club shipment, I will still receive that shipment, and my membership will be terminated afterward.
A signature from a recipient aged 21 or older is required upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where delivery can be guaranteed on the first attempt, such as a business address. If applicable, please provide any necessary gate codes. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, please contact us to arrange a pickup. Currently, we only offer local delivery and pickups in South Orange County.
