A richer red that holds up beautifully to red meat and herbs like rosemary and thyme. This wine is a collaboration of two families on a mission to share their same philosophy when it comes to farming, vinification, and the future of the Cahors appellation. They want to shine a light on native grapes and elevate biodynamic and organic practices. This wine is produced naturally, don't be afraid if there is some sediment at the bottom of your glass!
