Crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Juan Carlos Vizcarra, 'Senda del Oro' embodies a contemporary expression of Ribera del Duero. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Burgos, the 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes are hand-harvested and vinified using gravity-fed methods to preserve their natural elegance. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel and is aged for 7 months in a combination of French and American oak, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-forward profile with subtle oak integration. The palate is juicy and balanced, showcasing flavors of raspberry, cherry, and a touch of vanilla, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.This versatile red pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted pork, steak, or aged Manchego cheese. Its fresh acidity and supple tannins also complement dishes like mushroom risotto or charcuterie boards.
